Our stay at Gasthof - Pension Durnthaler was absolutely excellent! The family-run establishment exudes warmth and friendliness, making us feel right at home. The cozy bar and restaurant offered delicious home-made Carinthian specialties, including the best schweinbraten I've ever had.The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes. The on-site sauna and wellness area were perfect for unwinding, while the close proximity to the gondola made accessing the ski slopes a breeze.The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were impressed by the attention to detail, such as the variety of salads offered and the willingness to cater to special requests. The combination of great hospitality, delicious food, and convenient location near hiking trails and ski lifts made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this charming inn for a truly authentic Austrian experience.
